4 days from Marrakech desert tour itinerary is your path to discover some of the main highlights in Morocco. Itinerary:

Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades Gorge

We will pick up from your hotel/riad in Marrakech to start your 4 Days from Marrakech desert tour, and drive to Ouarzazate through the dramatic Tizi ‘n’ Tichka pass the highest major mountain pass in africa(2260m), over the High Atlas Mountains, appreciating the beauty of the landscape through Berber villages. Arriving at the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, the largest one in Morocco, and UNESCO World Eritage Site since 1987 where we will have lunch before we continue to Dades Gorge via Ouarzazate, “the Hollywood of Africa” and along the (Road of the thousand Kasbahs) spassing by Kalaat Mgouna, “the rose’s city” known for the production of rose water,before arriving at Dades Gorge. Overnight at Hotel/Riad.

Day 2: Dades Gorge – Todra Gorge – Merzouga

After a morning breakfast, we’ll drive through the valley to see the amazing rock formation and and take a break in one of the nice spot of the gorge,Leaving the Dades valley towards Tinrghir and the Todra valley , with its palm groves overlooking the valley. Arriving at the todgha Gorge you’ll walk under high red cliff raised up to (300m)at its narrowest point.Continuing on to Erfoud and Rissani lunch will be on the way afterwards, we’ll leave to Merzouga on our arrival there will be a chance to repack and taking only what you will need for the desert’s evening, your camel guides will teach you how to mount and dismount and other handy camel-related safety tips,After a traditional dinner under the stars,you will set up Berber tents for our night in the desert.

Day 3: Merzouga area and the Camel trek

Today will be dedicated to  explore the area, we will begin by visiting the village of black people originaly from Sudan to enjoy their music and the way they live.after that we will drive to Miffis Mines to explore how they work over there before getting behind the Dunes in a full desert with charming views where will sit for some tea with the berber bedouins Before returning back to the hotel,after a cup of tea your local guides will teach you how to mount and dismount and other handy camel-related safety tips then you begin exploring the mysterious sand-sea of the Erg-Chebbi.Over night in a berber tent.

Day 4: Merzouga – Fes

Before driving to Fes, you  make up early in the morning to watch the best sunrise of your life ,and casting different shadows and colours over the the sea of sand dunes, the highest in Morocco, before returning to our desert hotel,after breakfast we’ll travel to Fes via Errachidia along the magnificent Ziz palm groves and other berber villages passing by the Tizi Ntalghamt pass to Midelt where we will have lunch before continuing on to Azrou, a Berber village in the Middle Atlas Mountains. we’ll stop to see the Barbarian apes in the famous Cedar forest. Then to Ifrane (Switzerland of morocco) stopping for a picture or coffe before arriving in Fes where the tour ends.
